We BUY with Certified Funds.
When we make an offer. You can count on us to to make it all the way to the closing table. All of our offers are backed by Proof of Funds which comes straight from our Finance Department.
On your scheduled day of closing, we (Certified Home Buyers), will send our money to the Pre-determined Title Company of Choice. After our funds have arrived at the Title company via Wire. The title company will cut checks or initiate a wire transfer. You get to pick how you want your funds received.
